How I learned to ejaculate (alone!) and how you can too

Comment j’ai appris à éjaculer (seule!) et comment toi aussi tu peux y arriver

Hi,
My name's Melanie, I'm 30 years old, and today I want to talk about a subject we all too often avoid: vaginal ejaculation, solo. Yes, I'm talking about squirting all alone in bed on a Tuesday night with candles and an RnB playlist.

For a long time I thought this was something reserved for porn actresses or some lucky lady born with a hidden superpower. But spoiler alert: any woman can potentially ejaculate, with a little patience, practice and above all... getting to know her body.

What exactly is female ejaculation?

It's that phenomenon where a liquid is expelled (sometimes in a jet, sometimes more slowly) through the urethra during an orgasm - or even just before. It's not urine (although it may contain a small amount of that), and no, you're not "weird" if it happens to you. It's natural, and frankly... it's quite enjoyable.

How I did it (and how you can try it too) 🌊

1. Create a safe space

First of all, make yourself comfortable. Sheets that you're not afraid to wet, my pref and splash dry, towel underneath, subdued lighting, zero pressure. The idea is to be totally relaxed.

2. Start with excitement

Use whatever makes you feel good: videos, fantasies, erotic toys, caresses... It doesn't matter. The key is to get your body excited, lubricated and relaxed.

Female ejaculation rarely comes cold.

3. Stimulate your G-spot

The G-spot is the key here. It's about 3-5 cm inside the vagina, on the front wall (towards the navel). It's a slightly rough area, which swells slightly when stimulated.

➡️ My favorite tools: my fingers (index or middle finger bent upwards), or a good curved toy Gpop style.

The sensation sought is often deep pressure, not caress. It's a bit like pressing a magic button. 😏

4. Learn to push

When you feel the urge to urinate coming on (yes, I know, it's weird at first), don't stop. Breathe, push a little like you're going to pee, and let it go. It's often at that moment that you get stuck, because you've learned to hold it all in.

The first time I squirted, I thought I'd lost control - and in fact, it was FREEING.

5. Be patient and curious

It may not come the first time, or the second. But with each session, you learn something new about your body. And even without ejaculation, the pleasure is there.

Is it for everyone?

Maybe you'll never get a big X-rated squirt, and that's OK. It's not a performance. But exploring your body with kindness can lead you to discover sensations you never imagined.

In a nutshell 💧

  • Yes, you can ejaculate alone.

  • Your G-spot is your ally.

  • It's all about letting go, excitement and curiosity.

  • Pleasure is above all a journey, not a destination.

So take your time, have fun with yourself and above all... moisturize yourself afterwards. 😉

Wet kisses,
Melanie xoxo
