Warranty

As a general rule, the duration of warranty coverage is at the discretion of the manufacturer, which means that it varies on average for a period of 30 days up to 2 years (10 years for some company).

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers manufacture damages only. Satisfaction is never guaranteed.

What cancels a Warranty?

Negligence, cosmetic damage, deterioration of the material due to the use of a non-compatible product, opening of the product, etc. The company or the manufacturer reserves the right to cancel the guarantee if the damage is caused by the person around him or the owner of the appliance.

The product must be clean, without trace of body fluid in liquid or dry form, without hair, etc. It must be cleaned before proceeding to any action, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse to check the product or replace the defective product.

How to obtain the Warranty?

To validate the warranty you must provide proof of purchase, box and original contents.

Procedure for in-store warranty items:

If you have a problem with a warranty accessory, visit one of our four Sensations Plus stores with your proof of purchase, the box and original contents containing your own accessory.

If you are located outside the Outaouais, contact us at 1-866-243-9919 from Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm.

We will help you in the verification of your accessory, then we can guide you in the procedures to follow for the replacement of it. Take note that the delivery is at your expense.

Procedure for Warranty items with the manufacturer:

When the accessory is guaranteed with the manufacturer you must make sure you have the proof of purchase and the original contents of the box.

Then you will find below the list of manufacturers with the link to contact to begin your steps to replace the defective equipment.

Lost the proof of purchase?

Unfortunately, although we keep our proof of purchases, they are stored and sealed every month. We are therefore unable to find our customer’s bills for cost and time, so it is the customers' responsibility to keep all receipts.

10-day warranty in our Sensations Plus stores:

All our products are sold with a 10-day guarantee on the manufacture.

This warranty is void as soon as the product is used, no genital contact should have been made, which means that if the product does not work you must return to the store within 10 days of purchase.

Your accessory will be exchanged for the same accessory or if it is not available in one of our branches the money will be donated on a Sensations Plus Gift Card.
